On Friday, a hearing is being held for singer Besart Kelmendi, known by his stage name Gjesti.
The hearing is taking place behind closed doors.
According to the published footage, Gjesti’s father, Jeton, arrived at the Palace of Justice, but he was not allowed to enter the courtroom. His manager, Bonart Ajvazi, was also present.
Gjesti was arrested on March 11, after the Basic Prosecution Office in Pristina, General Department, announced that he is suspected of committing the criminal offenses of “Unauthorized ownership, control or possession of weapons,” “Threats,” and “Destruction or damage of property.”
