Jeton Zulfaj from the cabinet of Prime Minister Albin Kurti has said that the court did not ask about the freedom of MPs, but instead issued orders for MPs to be present at the session and to vote.
He said the court should return the session for the President to where it was left.If it does not, according to Zulfaj, the court’s decisions will no longer carry weight.
Full post:For those who are saying that the mandate of MPs is free.Of course, BUT the court did not ask about this freedom last year. It issued orders for MPs to be present in the session and to vote.It should act the same way in this case as well.In fact, if the court does not return the continuation of the session for the election of the President to where it was left, by ordering MPs to be present at the session and to vote “for”, “against” or “abstain”, in accordance with its previous decisions, then its decisions will no longer carry weight.
