At an extraordinary meeting, the Kosovo Prosecutorial Council (KPC) addressed the resignation of State Prosecutor Jeton Koca.
The Chairperson of the KPC, Arian Gashi, stated that the council had received Koca’s notification of resignation on February 13 of this year. He added that the reasons for the resignation were stated to be personal.
“We inform you that on February 13, 2026, we received from the prosecutor of the Basic Prosecution Office in Pristina, Mr. Jeton Koca, a notification of his resignation from the position of State Prosecutor.
Koca stated that the reasons for his resignation are personal and will not be made public in this document,” Gashi said.
