The Minister of Infrastructure and Transport, Dimal Basha, has stated that Prime Minister Albin Kurti had offered President Vjosa Osmani a role in the government.
Basha said that Kurti had proposed that Osmani become the First Deputy Prime Minister of Kosovo while also taking the leadership of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
“Because of the cooperation we had, despite all the small disagreements. The Prime Minister told the President that we could find a consensual figure to overcome the crisis. He told her: come and become the First Deputy Prime Minister of Kosovo, and he also offered her the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. The President has been involved in foreign policy, and foreign policy was one of the remarks she had. But the Prime Minister proves the opposite when he tells her: is it possible for you to come with me as the second person.
Meaning, it would be Albin Kurti and Vjosa Osmani,” Basha said on RTV Dukagjini.
