At least six people have died and others have been injured after a bus caught fire in a town in western Switzerland, according to Swiss police.
As reported by BBC, the incident occurred on Tuesday evening in Kerzers in the canton of Fribourg, about 20 km from the Swiss capital, Bern, Insajderi reports.
Swiss authorities are carrying out a rescue operation, while local media reported that a helicopter had arrived at the scene.There is still no official version regarding the incident.
A video posted by local media shows a bus engulfed in flames, and a local resident said they saw thick smoke.
