MP Behrami publicly challenges the German ambassador: When did you demand accountability from Vučić and Serbia?

PDK MP, Artan Behrami, has reacted again to the German ambassador to Kosovo, after his latest post on Facebook, this time via the X network.

Behrami writes that selective justice is injustice with the official EU stamp.

“History is not judged in courtrooms, but in the memory of a nation. Why does the EU continue the agendas of US-sanctioned Kremlin individuals and Dick Marty even after 2022? This demands an answer.”

He points out that the Special Court does not operate under Kosovo law, as was intended, but as a branch of EULEX that often circumvents the local legal framework. According to Behrami, Jack Smith has told Congress that he works for a “European Tribunal,” not a Kosovo court.

Behrami asks why the European Union is not clearer in its public communication and recalls that Kosovo has been the most cooperative state in the Western Balkans in war crimes trials, but is nevertheless among the most attacked.

He challenges the German ambassador by asking: “When was the last time an EU or German ambassador in Belgrade publicly demanded accountability or extradition from Vučić and Serbia? I challenge the German ambassador to show that!” /Insajderi.org/
