€1000 FOR THIS PATRIOTIC BOY, which I wholeheartedly want to give him so he can spend 2 or 3 nights on the Albanian coast, in the Albanian state, there where the KLA broke the Albanian-Albanian border. I want to do this because he lives his life with the greatest pride, remembering and honoring the soldiers of the KLA and the victims of our war, without diminishing or belittling them like some profiteers do, but by telling the truth as it is: the massacres committed by Milošević’s regime against our people.
This boy is a lesson to some self-proclaimed “intellectuals” who, in some recent interviews, I have heard trying to downplay the great figures of our nation, such as Zahiri, Iliri, Luan Haradinaj, and many other patriots.
No, they were not “so-called” patriots. They were, are, and will forever remain in our hearts, in the hearts of this Albanian nation, as the finest sons of our freedom.
Today, this boy reminds us that there are still hearts that beat strongly for the homeland, for history, and for the sacrifice of those who fell for us.
School does not make you an intellectual if you try to tarnish the history of our LIBERATORS.
Young man, may you enjoy these gifts from me and many Albanians in the diaspora, and tomorrow I expect you at my restaurant “Noma” so I can offer you lunch and we can take a commemorative photo.
