Actor Akil Varfi has requested to leave Ferma Vip 3.
His request came immediately after the host Arbana Osmani read the envelope revealing the name of the first contestant saved from the televote, which was Indri Shiroka.
Akil interpreted this televote as a message from the public that he had not behaved in the best possible way.
“So as not to sink myself further, I want to leave the competition right now. This was a message. I’ve decided to leave. I don’t think I have enough time to change,” Akil said.
Host Arbana Osmani stated that everyone is free to act as they feel, but asked the contestants for understanding and respect toward the production and the thousands of Albanians who follow the show.
“Leaving is easy. I don’t believe the people chosen to be here are those who leave things halfway. You are free to do whatever you want. I represent a production where hundreds of people work so that all of you are valued equally. Give a chance to everyone involved, respect the show, and when it ends, if you want, you can leave. We also have responsibilities, because people have voted. You can’t leave like this. I understand you are isolated, but let’s give time to everyone,” she said.
After this televote, the three remaining contestants Akil, Fairfax, and Gresa were supposed to face a challenge. However, Akil’s request also influenced Gresa, who considered making the same decision.
Following this, Arbana Osmani went to a commercial break, leaving the final decision to the two contestants on whether to continue the competition or leave permanently.
