A major police operation was carried out today in the Veternik neighborhood of Pristina, where a person suspected of contract killing was arrested.
Sources from Sinjali report that the suspect, identified as Liridon Fetahu, has been escorted to one of the police stations in the capital, where he is expected to be interviewed in the presence of a prosecutor.
The operation was conducted by specialized units of the Kosovo Police, including the elite FIT unit, ensuring the suspect’s arrest without any incidents.
According to initial information, the arrest is related to allegations of contract killings carried out in Denmark, while investigations to fully clarify the case and identify possible accomplices are continuing intensively.
