Trump: The U.S. has talked with Iran about ending the war in the Middle East

U.S. President Donald Trump says there have been “productive talks” about a “complete and total solution” to the conflict in the Middle East.

He said that he will “delay any attack against Iranian power plants and energy infrastructure” for a period of five days, writes BBC, as reported by Klankosova.tv.

In a post on Truth Social, he said:

“I am pleased to report that the United States of America and the country of Iran have had very good and productive talks over the past two days regarding a full and total solution to our hostilities in the Middle East.”

“Based on the tone of these deep, detailed and constructive talks, which will continue throughout the week, I have instructed the Department of War to postpone any and all military attacks against Iranian power plants and energy infrastructure for a period of five days, depending on the success of the ongoing meetings and discussions. Thank you for your attention to this matter!”
