“Drug boss Elvis Kelmendi is arrested in this country.”

Elvis Kelmendi, the son of Naser Kelmendi (known as a drug lord), has been arrested in Bosnia and Herzegovina for causing public danger.

As the medium reports Klix.baThe Municipal Court in Sarajevo has banned his movement in the territory of the municipality of Ilidža. Kelmendi’s lawyer, Emir Gazić, confirmed this to the Bosnian media.

He is suspected of having committed the criminal offense of Causing General Danger in the territory of the municipality of Ilidža on March 22. According to unofficial information, he is connected to the shootings that took place over the weekend in this municipality.

He has an extensive criminal record, among other things, for drug trafficking and abuse of official position through incitement.

Last year, the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina confirmed the indictment against Kelmendi and Ajlin Ahmić, who are accused of drug trafficking.

Kelmendi has previously been charged with causing general danger, damaging the property of others, and unauthorized purchase and sale of weapons.

According to the details of the indictment, Kelmendi and Ahmić were accused of unauthorized supply, circulation, sale and transfer of narcotics with MV, AF, RG and other unknown persons in the territory of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Serbia, Montenegro and Albania.

 

It is emphasized that they were reselling drugs in Bosnia, using the Sky application, intended for protected and encrypted communication, to communicate with each other. /Insider.org/
