The accused in the murder of Liridona Ademaj, Granit Plava, testified today before the Basic Court in Pristina, revealing details about the agreement he had with Naim Murseli, writes Insajderi.
During his statement, Plava said that on the critical day he drank a bottle of water that Naim Murseli gave him.
Plava said that after drinking this water, his condition changed.
“On the critical day, he told me to go to Radoniq for breakfast. On the way, he gave me a bottle of water to drink, and after I drank it, my condition completely changed. This one didn’t do any good either. Kerry was going from one side to the other.“j”, he said,
Plava stated that he had received direct orders from Murseli to carry out the murder, without being initially informed of the victim’s identity.
“Naimi told me to commit the murder. I asked him who the victim was, he didn’t tell me. Before the incident, we met at least 7-8 times to come to an agreement. He told me that I had to take responsibility and that he wouldn’t let me spend more than two years in prison,” Plava declared.
He further highlighted his difficult economic situation as one of the reasons that led him to become involved in this case. Plava stated that he is a father of three children and that he had not previously had any problems with the law.
