As Sinjali reports, Agon Dulla is suspected of shooting Arsim Beqiri, an inspector of the Police Inspectorate of Kosovo, in the Bregu i Diellit neighborhood of Prishtina.
According to information learned from reliable sources at the scene, the suspect is the owner of a shisha bar in this area, while the injured inspector lives near that establishment. The same sources say that there had been previous police interventions following calls made by the inspector.
The incident occurred on the stairs of the building, where it is suspected that there was initially a verbal argument between the parties. The situation then escalated and, according to preliminary circumstances, at the moment when the IPK inspector moved his hand toward his waist — where he was suspected of carrying his service weapon — the suspect allegedly fired from close range, wounding him in the leg.
The injured inspector was taken for medical treatment and is reported to be out of life-threatening danger.
