A serious development has been confirmed by the tragic event that occurred in Majac, Podujevo, where one of the injured did not manage to survive the injuries she sustained.
Miradije Gashi, 73, who had suffered serious injuries from a gunshot wound, died at the UCCK Emergency Center, despite doctors’ efforts to save her, Sinjali reports.
She was injured inside her home, in an incident where the suspect is Ardita Gashi, who is previously suspected of having also shot and killed Ilaz Brahimi.
After the incident, the suspect attempted to end her life, leaving her seriously injured and currently being treated at UCCK.
By order of the State Prosecutor, the case has been reclassified as “Aggravated Murder” and “Unauthorized Ownership, Control, or Possession of Weapons.”
Meanwhile, investigations to fully unravel this serious incident are continuing.
