According to footage published by Mitropol, Gërvalla is seen speaking to Osmani with a smile. After the president sits down, Gërvalla begins complaining about the chair, while the president does not react and appears to ignore the situation.
Osmani is seen seated between Gërvalla and the mayor of Mitrovica, Faton Peci.
After the incident, Vjosa Osmani refused to speak about her relations with Donika Gërvalla following the moment in which she appeared to ignore her today in Mitrovica.
