Besnik R. Berisha & Associates Law Firm has announced that it has taken over the legal representation of ONIMA and Erkand Shabani.
In this criminal proceeding, the defendant for at least three criminal offenses is singer Besart Kelmendi, known as “Gjesti”.
According to lawyer Berisha, the indictment for this case is expected to be submitted to court soon.
