The former Vice President of the Constitutional Court, Kadri Kryeziu, spoke tonight on the show “DPT te Fidani” on Klan Kosova about the decision that the Constitutional Court is expected to issue regarding the dissolution of the Assembly by President Vjosa Osmani.
He stated that if it is considered a complicated issue, then a temporary measure could be extended for up to three months.
“If they consider it a complicated problem, then they can extend the temporary measure for up to three months. In my opinion, the request is very clear; the decree is legitimate, in all likelihood, because it is sanctioned by the Constitution. The President had no other alternative; no one has presented another alternative on how she should act,” he said.
