The man killed in Bokshiq of Klina a few days ago had complained about the suspension of his war veteran pension

It is about Faruk Jusufi, who died from the injuries he received before reaching the hospital in Peja.

The case was confirmed by the police spokesperson for the Peja region, Fadil Gashi.

“Around 15:10, the police were notified that, after an argument between two brothers, one of them shot the other with a firearm. The victim was taken to the emergency center in Klina and then transferred to the hospital in Peja. Shortly before being sent to the University Clinical Center of Kosovo for medical treatment, the victim unfortunately passed away. Relevant police units and the Prosecutor’s Office went to the scene and are continuing the investigative procedures,” Gashi said.

Faruk Jusufi, a few days ago, gave an interview to KosovaPress, where he spoke about the suspension of his pension as a veteran.

He joined the ranks of the Kosovo Liberation Army at the age of 20.

He had been receiving the veteran’s pension since the post-war period, but after being employed in this enterprise, his pension was suspended.

For three months he managed to receive it again, while since February the payment had not been executed by the state.
