Plane crash in Iraq: Pentagon identifies six U.S. soldiers who were killed

The Pentagon has identified the six Americans who lost their lives in the crash of a KC-135 military refueling aircraft in western Iraq.


The investigation to determine whether enemy fire or friendly fire was involved is still ongoing, Panorama reported.


The deceased are:
Major John A. Klinner, 33, from Auburn, Alabama
Major Ariana G. Savino, 31, from Covington, Washington


Captain Ashley B. Pruitt, 34, from Bardstown, Kentucky
Major Seth R. Koval, 38, from Mursville, Indiana
Major Curtis J. Angst, 30, from Wilmington, Ohio
Captain Tyler H. Simmons, 28, from Columbus, Ohio
