The Cameroonian legend Samuel Eto’o has sent a congratulatory message to Kosovan striker Vedat Muriqi following his historic achievement as RCD Mallorca’s top scorer in La Liga.
In his message, Eto’o praised Muriqi for his hard work and dedication, encouraging him to continue at the same pace and make the Spanish club even stronger, writes Indeksonline.
“Hello Vedat from Cameroon, I am happy for what you have achieved. I know you have worked very hard, but keep it up. Make our Mallorca stronger. Congratulations to you and your teammates who helped you reach this record,” Eto’o said in his message.
Meanwhile, Vedat Muriqi has made history at Mallorca by becoming the club’s all-time top scorer in La Liga. With his goals, he has surpassed Samuel Eto’o in this ranking, reaching 55 goals compared to the 54 scored by the former Cameroonian striker for Mallorca in the Spanish league.
