Korab Bajgora, a citizen from Peja, was arrested on Friday evening after making serious threats against the leader of the Alliance for the Future of Kosovo, Ramush Haradinaj.
Bajgora had threatened and insulted the former Prime Minister of Kosovo through a video on his social media account. The video was published around five hours before his arrest by the Kosovo Police.
In addition to Haradinaj, in his approximately 3-minute video, Bajgora also insults his family, especially his wife.
‘I feel obliged, for Fidan Shati, to take your lives; come here, you devils who killed children. I f*** Anita from the heart,’ he is heard saying among other things.
Meanwhile, the Kosovo Police in its 24-hour report announced that Bajgora is suspected of two criminal offenses: Harassment and Illegal Possession of Weapons.
‘The Kosovar male suspect was arrested because he posted a video recording on social media insulting the Haradinaj family. During a search of his home, two firearms (pistols) were found and confiscated, one with four rounds of ammunition. The suspect was interviewed and, by decision of the prosecutor, was detained for 48 hours,’ the report states.”
