This is the 44-year-old who lost his life after falling from the building where he was working in Ferizaj

A 44-year-old man has died today at the University Clinical Center of Kosovo (QKUK), where he was receiving treatment for injuries sustained at his workplace.
According to Insajderi, the victim is Ridvan Krraba from the village of Provoli, Municipality of Kaçanik.
The victim had fallen from a height at a building where he was reportedly working.
This was confirmed by the spokesperson of the Kosovo Police for the Ferizaj region, Kanun Veseli.
He added that the prosecutor has ordered the continuation of investigations to clarify the circumstances and causes of death.
Official statement:
On 28.03.2026, at around 13:40, the police received information that on “Remzi Hoxha” street in Ferizaj, a person had fallen from a height (first floor) of a building.
Police patrol units immediately arrived at the scene, where they found a person lying on the ground with severe bodily injuries.
Emergency services were notified immediately and transported the injured person to the Emergency Center in Ferizaj, and later he was transferred to QKUK in Prishtina for further treatment.
The injured person, R.K. (around 44 years old), is suspected to have been working at the building where the incident occurred.
Investigative units and labor inspectors also arrived at the scene and carried out the necessary procedural actions.
In connection with the case, the site supervisor F.S. (46 years old) was interviewed and later released under regular procedure.
On 03.04.2026, the police received additional information that the injured person, R.K., had died at QKUK in Prishtina as a result of the injuries sustained.
The case prosecutor has been informed and has authorized the Regional Investigation Sector in Ferizaj to continue investigations in order to clarify the circumstances and causes of death.
The case has been classified as:
“Destruction, damage, or removal of protective equipment and endangering safety in the workplace.”
