Chuck Norris, the iconic action film actor, has died

Chuck Norris, the martial arts champion who became an iconic star of action films and led the successful series Walker, Texas Ranger, has passed away. He was 86 years old.

Norris was hospitalized in Hawaii on Thursday, and his family released a statement on Friday saying that he died that morning.

“While we would like to keep the circumstances private, please know that he was surrounded by his family and was at peace,” his family wrote.
