“Admitted guilt…” Prosecution gives details about Gjesti’s release

The Basic Prosecution Office in Pristina has confirmed the release of the well-known singer “Gjesti”.

He was released after reaching an agreement with the state prosecutor to admit guilt.

Therefore, the state prosecutor submitted a request to terminate the detention measure against him.

“We inform you that the defendant, after reaching an agreement to admit guilt with the State Prosecutor regarding the criminal offenses of ‘Unauthorized ownership, control or possession of weapons’, ‘Threatening’, and ‘Destruction or damage of property’, no longer had the legal grounds for which he had been under the detention measure. Therefore, the state prosecutor, before the competent court, submitted a request for the termination of the detention measure against him,” confirmed for Insajderi the spokesperson of the Prosecution, Kaltrina Shala.
