After the Warning, Xheneta Responds to the Owner of “Onima”: You Really Scared Us, At Least Pay the Workers

Following the incident involving artist Besart Kelmendi and the offices of the company Onima, the company’s director, Erkand Shabani, reacted publicly on social media, denouncing suspicious movements of vehicles near the company’s offices and possible threats toward the staff and himself personally.

Shabani announced that he has already submitted evidence to law-enforcement authorities and will cooperate with his lawyer to present additional elements related to alleged attempts for illegal financial gain.In his reaction, Shabani emphasized that the incident caused material damage and psychological consequences for the staff, and he claimed that some artists influenced a public campaign that may have put pressure on the judicial body and the company.

He mentioned several well-known artists, including Zanfina Ismaili, Tayna, Yll Limani, Vesa Luma, Xheneta Fetahu, G Bani, Pleurat Zeksyla, Oriola Marashi and Besa Kokëdhima, stressing that every issue will be handled through legal institutions.

As a result of the situation, Xheneta Fetahu also reacted on social media, writing:“Wow, you really scared us. With all this drama it looks like the trial of the century is about to begin, not just an Instagram story.Don’t hold back take it to even bigger courts. At least pay the workers since you’ve already made enough from their sweat,” she added.
